Hi! I'm Chelsea

When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them that I own a holistic nutrition & corporate wellness consulting company.

But what I really want to say is...
That I show people how to live fuller, happier, healthier lives ...

And what I really really want to say is...

Health is my passion and I am a complete science nerd crossed with a hippy healer!

I have a unique perspective on wellness ...

I have worked for over 10 years in the health, wellness & fitness industry taught to some of the biggest companies in the US including:

The US Marshalls, GNC, American Savings Bank, and even taught at Brown.  I have coached high-level executives, professional athletes and hundreds of women and men from around the globe to transform their health.

I studied Eastern, Western and Holistic Nutrition, Chinese Medicine, psychology, Fitness and Sexual Health and now I combine all of these modalities into my programs.

I feel blessed at the gift I have been given and the passion I can share with others.

Nothing makes me happier than the moment my clients call to tell me they lost 10lbs but gained confidence, energy, and happiness.

To me, nothing is more rewarding than helping people reach their true potential and goals - not even chocolate (70% cocoa or higher of course)!

Or just looking for something to stop you reaching for that Oreo? Here are 10 little facts about me:

  1. I have lived 1/3 of my life in the UK, 1/3 of my life in Connecticut, and 1/3 of my life in Hawaii.

  2. During college, I had a brief, terrible, career move as a Segway Tour Guide.

  3. I used to have a massive fear of public speaking, but despite that, I pushed myself to speak and teach nutrition to GNC, American Savings Bank, The US Marshalls, United Health Care and the Rotary Club.  Nothing professionally was scarier (or more rewarding) than this. And oh yeah, I was asked to speak at Yale and Brown this fall. Wish me luck!

  4. I love to ski, but cry if I get too cold.

  5. My book collection is overflowing with spiritual masterpieces. Ones that have changed my life are 'Conversations with God' - Neil Donald Walsh, 'Mists of Avalon' - Marion Zimmer Bradley, 'Many Lives Many Masters' - Brian L. Weiss and 'The Red Tent' - Anita Diamant (every woman should read this).

  6. My long-term business goal is to create a non-profit organization that transforms soil quality on this earth because that's where it all starts and that's the gift I wish to give generations to come.

  7. I love horses and have ridden since I was a child and trained polo ponies for one of the top teams in the world.

  8. Despite the fact I teach dance (pole dance), following choreography is one of the hardest things in the world for me. I’m the girl at the back doing everything backwards looking like a complete fool! But I don’t care anymore, as long as I get to move my body.

  9. I have a witty sense of humor and can find lightness and sarcasm in almost anything, and love anyone who can do the same!

  10. I don't believe in diets or counting calories. I know it is all about the individual and everyone is different. I believe that we all intuitively know what we should be eating, I just help you get quiet enough to hear it. No topic is taboo for me, spirituality, sexuality, love, abuse … the more we open up and talk about it the more space we have to heal it. Talking about health should go incredibly deep, so let's go there ...

We are what we eat, how we eat, and why we eat, so lets make those all perfect and harmonious!
